Adhesive to make PVC vanity cabinet for bathrooms

Wood plastic composite (WPC) is a material created from a unique blend of natural wood and plastic fibres. Nowadays we are looking at WPC’s wide use in bathroom vanity. These look a lot better than the natural wood or plywood & are strong- termite resistant, that’s why these are much in demand. Now manufacturing these is a bit problematic as most of the adhesives cannot paste the same. For epoxy glue, different components are to be mixed which is time consuming, incurs heavy cost & a lot of wastage is also observed. Water based adhesive do not work well on WPC as the water does not get absorbed by the surface & restricts the bonding. Synthetic rubber adhesives also fail on them as they are not heat resistant.
