POLYFIX instant wood glue plays a very important role in saving time for pasting mica sheets on MDF boards. Small designs made by mica needs small pastings which wastes too much time. POLYFIX instant wood glue is very fast and bond instantly which results in saving time, and also avoidsmasking tapes, iron nails for temporarily holding or clamping. The curing time for POLYFIX instant wood glue is around 3- 4 minutes. But it takes around 24 hours to get full strength.

How to use

  • Cut the Mica sheet according to the MDF Board.
  • Apply Polyfix Wood Glue evenly on the Mica sheet & MDF Board.
  • Paste Mica on the MDF Board & apply a little pressure.
  • Paste PVC moulding with polyfix hv instant wood glue on edges

Surface requirements:
Area should be clean of any rust or dirt

Cure time:
8-10 minutes

Tech specifications
Shelf Life: 5-6 months
800-1200 cps gel glue

Safety Measures

  • Read the instructions before use
  • Always wear gloves for protection
  • Keep away from eyes & out of children’s reach
  • Always close the lid firmly after use, otherwise the quality may get compromised due to moisture in the air.
  • If the glue sticks to your hands, remove it with the help of acetone/ warm water.
  • Do not panic in case of an accident, rush to a doctor
