Properties:

  • Polyfix Gel Glue is a High viscosity product which is highly suitable for rough & porous surface of wood.
  • The thickness of gel glue does not get absorbed, fills the gaps which makes it smoother & helps in bonding of the two surfaces
  • It can also bond WPC, HDHMR, HPL, MDF and laminated mica
  • Polyfix Spray Activator is an accelerator which expedites the curing time of the high viscosity gel glue
  • Polyfix spray activator is non blooming & does not leave white marks after the application

  • Polyfix Gel Glue is available in 50 & 250, 500 gms plastic bottles.
  • Polyfix Spray Activator is available in 100 ml Glass bottles.

How to use

  • We have constructed a 5 shelved column in this video
  • Cut various plywood pieces according to the shape & length required
  • Start assembling the column by pasting smaller pieces to the bigger piece
  • Apply Polyfix Gel Glue on the smaller piece & spray the Polyfix activator on the bigger piece & join both of them. Bonding will be achieved within a few seconds
  • Similarly put all the pieces on the desired points & a multi-purpose shelf column will be ready in just a few minutes

Surface requirements:
Area should be clean of any rust or dirt

Cure time:
3-5 minutes (with the use of gel glue & spray activator)

Tech specifications
Shelf Life: 5-6 months
800-1200 cps gel glue

Safety Measures

  • Read the instructions before use
  • Always wear gloves for protection
  • Keep away from eyes & out of children’s reach
  • Always close the lid firmly after use, otherwise the quality may get compromised due to moisture in the air.
  • If the glue sticks to your hands, remove it with the help of acetone/ warm water.
  • Do not panic in case of an accident, rush to a doctor
