Nowadays we are looking at WPC’s wide use in bathroom vanity. These look a lot better than the natural wood or plywood & are strong- termite resistant, that’s why these are much in demand. Now manufacturing these is a bit problematic as most of the adhesives cannot paste the same. For epoxy glue, different components are to be mixed which is time consuming, incurs heavy cost & a lot of wastage is also observed. Water based adhesive do not work well on WPC as the water does not get absorbed by the surface & restricts the bonding. Synthetic rubber adhesives also fail on them as they are not heat resistant. Nails & screws also don’t work with WPC as they come off easily.Polyfix WPC adhesive does not need any mixing; it is heat resistant & gives absolute stunning pasting in much lesser time. Once it attains full adhesion, even strong pressure cannot break the bond, the board may break but the adhesion won’t come off. Our WPC glue is an exclusive product which doesn’t have any alternative.
