Auto Expo 2020 is one of the world’s premier auto shows. A signature event, that witnesses the best minds coming together on a single platform to showcases all that is best in the automotive world, in terms of products, technologies, concepts and trends.

Polyfix adhesives finds its uses in automobile industry in many forms. Along with our cyanoacrylate adhesives, UV glues & anaerobic (threadlockers), stole the show.
Polyfix Cyanoacrylate adhesives are available in all viscosities & are used in manufacturing & repair of auto parts like car mats, interiors, headlights, backlight, side view mirror, steering wheel etc. Anaerobics are threadlockers which cure in the absence of air & prevent leakage & vibration of metal assemblies. We provide various grades for anaerobics& these are used for structural bonds, primarily with materials such as metals, acrylics and glass.
We also showcased our DropBond UV adhesives which are ultraviolet sensitive adhesives that cure upon exposure to energy from UV curing lamps. The UV-curing process is flexible. Since it depends on the intensity of the UV light, the curing time can be controlled and can be as fast as a few seconds at high intensity or much longer at lower intensities. We have different grades which work on acrylics, glasses & metals. These are apt for use in automobiles for clear applications.

Eastern Signage 2019

Benson Polymers offers Polyfix Instant Glue’s different grades for both flex & cloth banners. Our recent brush with clients at the 2^nd Eastern Signageat Science City Kolkata from 22^nd-24^th November’19, we observed that many people from the trade do not know about these kinds of adhesives& use normal glues for this application, which is why they never get satisfactory results. While participating in these exhibitions, we give maximum information to the clients so that they do not have any doubts/ confusions. Our trained team of executives, present at the exhibition, are happy to help the buyers with any queries. We formulate many grades of our Polyfix Instant glue according to our client’s requirements broadly according to high, medium & low viscosity. The flex grade glue attracts many clients as cloth fabric adhesive are not easily available. We have the exact right consistency available for the same & it gives best results. Other than the fabric flex glue we also provide vinyl flex adhesive also. Our adhesives have the minimum setting time & have the easiest application. The placement of flex banners is also at higher altitudes & sometimes the pasting has to be done at heights only. HBLF Show 2019

Polyfix WPC instant adhesive is a revolutionary product for pasting WPC Boards & manufacturing furniture, cabinets & other interior designing projects. According to our market survey, we found that many users & manufacturers were using normal glue/ adhesives which are not suitable for this type of application. As a result, they are unable to get desired results.Display of Polyfix WPC glue in HBLF show at Gandhinagar from 21^st-24^th November’19, proved to be really fruitful &the visitors were astonished to see the advantages of using our special grade adhesive over normal adhesives. It is a single component, cyanoacrylate-based adhesive which is both quick & strong, cost effective & doesn’t need any nailing or clamping.

Mumbai Wood 2019

LOCATION –  Mumbai MH

Wood pasting is a mammoth task but it is used extensively in many applications. We have many grades of wood which are exquisite & have no other alternative. Their ability to paste difficult substrates & superior bonding makes them different from other brands. To create awareness in traders about such products, we attended Mumbai Wood, a wood industry exhibition at Mumbai from 17^th-19^thOctober’19.

Our instant wood glue is a high viscosity glue which has the capability of not getting absorbed by the porous surface of wood, instead it locks all the holes & gaps present on the wood surface & allows the surfaces to bond easily. The strength acquired in record time is unmatched & thus it surpasses all the adhesives present in the market.

For this exhibition along with our other products we presented instant wood glue to visitors for the problem of pasting PVC tapes on WPC boards which didn’t have a suitable adhesive. Our wood adhesive gives perfect pasting & durability also. Other than that, we were approached for our coloured cyano adhesives, by Mysore based company which deals with inlay work paintings. They liked the idea of coloured cyano in making of their paintings, along with the use of Polyfix spray activator for fast curing of the adhesive. We will be soon our way to give them a practical presentation.

Polyfix wood seal was also a favourite among them as wood fillers are available in industrial capacities whereas our product is perfect for smaller applications also. Polyfix wood seal can easily fill the gouges & holes present in wood with a little sawdust. This helps in betterment of wood quality & avoids any wastage.

Sign India 2019

LOCATION –  Chennai Tamilnadu

Benson Polymers is one of the leading companies in the adhesive industry& have been an old patron to various exhibitions held in the past. We would continue doing the same in the times to come also, as we believe that exhibitions are an integral part of any business because they get all the sections of an industry together under one roof.  In recent times, we took part in SIGN INDIA 2019, which is an exhibition dedicated to the signage industry. It was a three-day event, from 11^th-13^th October’19 at Chennai Trade Centre. By showcasing our high-quality products, this year also we got a humongous response from the visitors. With the help of our competent staff, our clients got abreast with the advantages of our Cyanoacrylate products over the other companies present in the trade.

Publicity or branding is very important if you need to increase your clientele. With high demand, the manufacturers have to be extra vigilant about the speed of work & the durability of the product delivered.

We offer adhesives for PVC banners for flex pasting. These days cloth banners are being used as they are eco-friendly, so we have launched medium viscosity Polyfix adhesive for pasting of cloth banners also. Our visitors in the exhibition told us about the woes of using normal adhesives for these applications because of which they do not get satisfactory results. We gave maximum information to the clients so that they do not have any doubts/ confusions. The practical presentations giving insight about our product’s strength & speed really amazed all the visitors. We are staggered by the huge turn up at our stall. Woodex Asia 2019

LOCATION –  Ahemdabad Gujarat

Participating in Woodex Asia helped us in targeting traders working with wood & other substrates. As we all know, traditional things get replaced by modern things eventually, similarly the wood industry is replacing natural wood with newer, fancier substrates. Working with these modern substrates can be difficult sometimes. At the exhibition we came to know of the problems people generally face with pasting of WPC. Wood plastic composite is difficult work with many adhesives as it does not absorb water & synthetic rubber adhesives also don’t work as they are not heat resistant.  Screws & nails also don’t work as they fail to stay in their place & the structure breaks.

Benson Polymer’s WPC cyanoacrylate-based adhesive is perfect to paste WPC boards & manufacturing of cabinets, drawers etc. It does not need any mixing; it is heat resistant & gives absolute stunning pasting in much lesser time. Once it attains full adhesion, even 100% pressure cannot break the bond, the board may break but the adhesion won’t come off. Our WPC glue is an exclusive product which doesn’t have any alternative. The visitors were alarmed by the adhesive strength & other properties, it was exactly what they were looking for.

Another product of ours, Polyfix Wood Seal was also successful in attracting a lot of clients. It is a low viscosity adhesive which used to fill gouges & holes in natural wood. It also repairs broken pieces of wood. This helps in wastage of wood & saves good amount of money. It can also be used in furniture to repair any deformity & enhance the look of it. As it is a cyanoacrylate-based adhesive, it doesn’t take time to dry & set. Very useful for contractors, woodworkers, furniture manufacturers etc. Our products are really user-friendly, can be used for home projects also.

Media Expo 2019

LOCATION –  PRAGATI MAIDAN NEW DELHI.

Benson Polymer’s association with the exhibition giant- Media Expo is not new, we have always been a part of it. Our recent participation was at Pragati Maidan from 6th-8th Sept’19
We showcased our Polyfix products of different grades & we were overwhelmed by the response of the visitors at the exhibition. Since the event was focused on signage industry, we received massive queries for the cotton fabric flex adhesive as the glue products normally being used by manufacturers are not giving them desired results. The finished products are not durable as the pasting is not very strong & use of nails & screws is also required. On the other hand, Polyfix Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive is easy to use & promises durability. The visitors were stunned to see this aspect of CA glue for banners, which is also cost-effective.
Lack of awareness in clients about the proper adhesives for different surfaces leads to dissatisfaction & improper use. At our stalls in exhibitions we are able to let the clients know about various viscosities & kinds of glues available with Benson Polymers. We also displayed POLYFIX non blooming grade for acrylic applications where whitening is not required, POlYFIX high viscosity glue for horizontal application and activator spray for instant drying along with POLYFIX debonder to remove dried cyanoacrylate .We have the reputation of giving the clients, exactly what they need.
