Polyfix offers high viscosity adhesive, which has been especially formulated for porous, rough & uneven surfaces like wood, marble etc. The bonding of these surfaces is tough as ordinary adhesives get absorbed by the pores present on these substrates. Polyfix high viscosity glue, is thick in nature & has the precise consistency for bonding. It chokes the holes & pores present on the surface & the adhesive layer starts the bonding process immediately. It is an instant curing cyanoacrylate glue which offers strong bond that lasts for a very long time.
Polyfix Spray activator reduces the bonding time of gel or high viscosity cyanoacrylate glues, which usually take time to dry & provides lightning speed bonding. However, it can be used with other viscosities also. Polyfix Spray activator is solvent based, which when used with CA glue provides instant cure. It can be used before or after applying the glue. It has non blooming properties, due to which it doesn’t leave any white marks on the surface.

Polyfix hand spray activator is packed in brown glass bottle. It is solvent based activator when is used with CA Glue giving an instant cure. High Viscosity Cyanoacrylate glues are generally used in places as they are slow cure but may also be used with low viscosity.Theactivator can be used before or after applying glue depending on application.The accelerator is solvent based and when applied dries immediately leaving a very thin layer of activator on the desired surface.

- Make sure that the surface to be bonded is free of dust/grease/ moisture.
- Apply the adhesive on one surface & spray the activator on other.
- Keep away from eyes.
- Give a little contact pressure for initial adhesion.
- The surface should be water/oil/ dirt free
- Use carefully. Keep out of children’s reach
- Keep the container tightly closed after use
- Always wear protective gloves & eye wear before using.
- Work in a well ventilated area.
- Due to polymerisation, whitening may appear on the surface of the container or the bonded materials. Should this happen, wipe surfaces well with acetone.
